Pros

Decent parent company with decent perks and benefits, they really seem to care about safety, but at the local branch, 27 employees quit in less than 2 1/2 years due to harassment

Cons

Managers jerk you around, waste your time, try to micro manage, play favorites limit commissions and create a hostile work environment, this is concerning because I'm not sure if some agitated employee will one day, have enough and have devastating results, like 6 o'clock news stuff, involving weapons , a horrible work place

Pros

Great people, work life balance was superb!

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE - benefits were awful to begin with and were cut every year. Wages were stagnant. All focus is on client relations while employees are treated like the stuff you find at the bottom of a shoe. Regular lay-offs. Providing constructive criticism is a career limiting activity. Poor morale has resulted in an apathetic work force who believes getting by is enough.

Pros

Decent pay for the work with all the overtime you can handle. Middle management is not bad to work with and they know the problems you face.

Cons

Old equipment that needs to be replaced. Company tends to share facilities across the different divisions that were not designed for that much manpower and equipment. Facilities are too small to safely house the equipment that is parked there. The Transportation Compliance department has the tendency to want to punish people for every little thing. This department has no understanding of the culture they are creating by the approach used in dealing with employees. Benefits could be much better. Options for medical are all crappy.
