Pros

Great director in Canada who was able to get around the corporate world. Great team members and division. Enjoyed working for specific division.

Cons

Too much overhead. Not enough field support. Safety isn’t number one priority, profits are. Cut back important programs when times got tough. Not a company that wants to see its employees succeed or go further.

I got hired did my 2weeks class orientation. New to CNRL Albian site , which the supervisor know. First 4 days was day shift with nothing assigned to me. I was moved to night work for 7day . I was assigned to fuel truck with someone training me. I had to use like 2-3 to get use the route and road at night. I was able to master it and I told the supervisor am ok to do it all by myself. Lots of hate going on there. There was a time I saw them mocking kids of a Sudanese family pics posted on the wall. Some bits of racism going on. I was told to leave after working for 7days without testing my abilities alone to do the fuel truck route runs.
