Rewarding Work but Internal Operating Problems are a Nightmare

Rewarding work, excellent brand recognition. Opportunity finds you more than you find it.

Cons

Horrific and very frustrating internal obstacles - Fleet in constant disrepair, limited service drivers to fulfill customer needs, slow approval process to move deals forward, products needed to close sale (parts washers, waste drums) constantly out of stock or on back order. Even the laptop provided was constantly malfunctioning and the desktop support team would be backlogged and keeping you on hold for an hour or more at a time.

Cons

Long hours. Long hours. Long Ours. Can be very stressful at times due to the nature of the east industry and the customers needs
