The only thing that made this company tolerable was some of the employees who actually cared

You are treated like you are nothing more than a number, it's atrocious how bad communication is with management and the office. You have no stability in your rotations and no idea where you're going and for how long. The pay is below average in this industry and cut backs have made it worse. It means nothing to run staff so short handed that it's border line illegal but when there is even one too many staff there is a driver there that morning to keep "ratio" on track. If this company has any respect for its staff they certainly don't know how to show it. I wouldnt ever recommend anyone work for them until they get their acts together. I hope
