Pros

Salary on time is only pros

Cons

Working at [Clean harbors] has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The company’s culture is toxic, and leadership seems uninterested in fostering a positive work environment. Instead of being supportive and encouraging, management creates a complicated, high-pressure atmosphere where employees are treated like mere tools, rather than valued team members. The leadership’s lack of communication and disregard for employee concerns is truly alarming. They don’t listen to feedback or address issues, leaving employees to feel unheard and undervalued. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy and respect for workers, and the work-life balance is non-existent. Employees are expected to put in long hours without recognition or support, and any attempt to raise concerns about workloads or working conditions is met with indifference. If you’re looking for a workplace that values its employees, fosters growth, and supports a healthy work-life balance, I would strongly advise against joining [Clean harbors]. The environment here is soul-draining, and it’s clear that leadership needs a complete overhaul.

Pros

Not much, see the Cons

Cons

This is definitely a male dominated company in general. Women are not seen as equal at all. There are some departments that are allowed hybrid, and then there are others, where you can actually do your job successfully hybrid, but the manager is opposed to it because they need to micromanage. There are employees that will walk around all day pretending to be busy, but they’re really doing nothing but taking 2 to 3 hour breaks on a daily occurrence. It works great if your manager is in an other building and or also if your manager is in another state.
