      Pros

      It's been an year working here and this is an amazing organization. I was little concerned before joining but all my apprehensions are cleared off. People are very supportive and have good work life balance. HR and leadership teams are really good and motivates teams here. Most importantly you get credit for every small thing that you do here. There are lot of changes and maturity in last 1 year in this organization that I witnessed.

      It's hybrid model here so if you are someone who only wants to WFH then this may not the place for you.
