      Pros

      The team I worked with for 7 years were awesome.

      Cons

      Benefits poor, no retirement plan, low pay compared to local companies, very poor management and upper management . Very bad buisness motto on a branch level. Broken promises from management. Bad raises, no bonus as promised , over worked with way to many duties per one person no pay to reflect the many duties. To much favouritism.

      Pros

      Good product. Great place to learn if you can put up with it and self teach. If you're lucky, as I was, your coworkers are informational gold. Don't expect any help from management, they're on their own agenda.

      Cons

      Absolute failure in management fundamentals. Old dogs that have been around much too long. Strong potential with poor direction at every level. The most unhappy people I've ever worked with. 50 plus hours a week is a long time to be around so many good people that are so discouraged. Practically everyone in my facility is looking for a way out.
