This Company is going downhill fast...The sad part is that it has good potential!
Pros
There is an opportunity to get in at the ground floor and go higher within this company. You do not hit the glass ceiling as fast as you would normally do so in other environmental companies...at least that is how it used to be. Now that Clean Harbors is so greedily cornering its market, by buying up their competitors, they are taking on most of the malicious practices from these acquisitions & are becoming a very abrasive type of company (they are now rubbing just about everyone the wrong way)! That is usually what happens when greed precedes all else. But hey, they are just trending...following in the path of most other companies, who believe in stepping on the heads and neck of the very people who are the backbone of their corporation.
Cons
The pay is below average to average. It would be tolerable if there was not so much stress involved.
