Decent pay, close to home

Cons

RIght out of there job description"expected to be available 24-7 365" if you can't its held against you at evaluation time. Have to drive hour an a half to get any maintenance done on trucks.

Pros

never dull, keeps you busy. It is a nationally recognized company and stock is great. If you are needing some personal time off you can get it. Fantastic benefits.

Cons

lack of communication, management does not take responsibility for their own actions. Gossip and misinformation runs raged. Rewards are given to those who mess up and if you do not lie or do the right thing you are the enemy. Expected to make work your number one life goal.

Benefits are comparable to other business. Work schedule has been adaptable to my needs. Employees are great to work with.

Cons

Pay scale is lower than other local businesses with comparable job tasks., Demanding work schedules at times, leaves very little time to rest. "Doing more with less."
