      We are operating in a very fast paced industry that requires lots of hard work. One of our key company goals for 2019 is to promote employee engagement and retain our employees. Although I see you have left the company, we are in the process of addressing the feedback from the employee engagement survey and creating more methods to appreciate good employees. It would be great for you to check back and potentially become a "boomerang" employee.

      Great teams, good benefits, flexible.

      Cons

      Upper management does not value their employees, and if they do, they have a weird way of showing it! As a salaried employee, getting a raise is nearly impossible.

      Hard to find any positives with this company

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with some co-workers. There are a lot of opportunities but only because of the high turnover. Pay can be decent if you can move up.

      Cons

      Terrible management that does not recognize talent and support your growth unless you are a part of the inner circle. You would think results would speak for themselves but it does not. Benefits are mediocre, company does match your 401k but only up to a certain amount (it's not much). I would not recommend working for this company unless it does some major restructuring and value their employees much better (Executive Management will disagree of course).

      Thank you for your response. Our Employee Engagement Survey just closed last week, so we are currently developing actions plans based off the feedback given by our employees. We know that there is always room for improvement, so we are taking steps to create change at Clean Harbors.
