Hard to get raises. Put people in charge who don’t know how to manage a crew. Hiring lazy and very unsafe workers. Having to have so many certifications and educational training that the pay does not reflect the hard work that goes into that. Management does not reward its hard workers and rewards the lazy and unreliable.

Not a complete schedule. Work would sometimes slow really down. And not enough pay for the work I was doing.
