I love this place. The employees are real and down to earth. We are expected to do a good job but also have fun. If you walk through the plant all the employees smile and laugh. The culture here is one of a kind. What they sell you on is exactly how it is when you get here. You are given freedom, flexibility, and trust in a nurturing fun environment. They care about their employees, customers, and the environment.

Cons

Expectations are well beyond reason. Usually when in a competitive environment where contract expiration dates are critical, they give you a year to build a book of business. They expect results much faster than that.
