Pros

Working at clean doesn't really feel like work. Sure, it's physically and mentally demanding and sometimes we work long hours. But it doesn't seem like it and the rewards are numerous!

Cons

Because of the quality put into our work, sometimes things take a little more time than some customers would like. But in the end the customer is almost always happy.
