Pros

Extremely easy to get hired. Opportunity for experience in entry level fundraising. Like-minded colleagues make time go by quicker. The pay is competitive for the type of position.

Cons

Blatant favoritism. At times calling the same members so often it is edging on harassment. 'Make or break' probationary period. The scripts tended to read like tongue twisters. Full time hours and benefits seemed to be out of reach for anyone not in a leadership role. Turnover rate is atrocious.
