Pros

Good benefits, better pay then than other places in the area. Everyone seems really happy to work there

Cons

Quantity over quality. Very numbers driven and numbers focused. In all the meetings they talk about the connections and relationships we develop with our customer, but we can't spend to much time talking with them building those relationships cause then you're not making calls to other people. Overtime is great but required over time every week for 8 months with no end in sight is too much. Even more so with the status of the current market.
