Pros
Salary was average and the hours are good. I was able to learn what not to do and take to my next job. I like the stand up desks and the labs were fun if you needed to print and assemble.
Cons
Everyone related to each other. The CEO, COO and VP Engineering are related and all the COO family works for the company. The COO runs the company and no decision is made in engineering for design or management unless the COO comes up with the idea on his own. He controls everything and is a bully if you are not related or part of his inner circle. It feels like you work for a family business run by a high school bully. The CEO and the COO are related so there is little company professionalism or corporate oversight like most companies. If you have an type of issue, it was best to stay quiet or you became targeted. Not an open culture if you were not part of the family or old friends that work there.
