A decent work life balance.

Cons

The market that Clearfield operates in is extremely volatile. As soon as profits start to fall, get ready for lay offs. This is a company that does not care about their employees. The benefits are terrible, the health insurance is extremely expensive and no parental leave is offered, among other things. If you're thinking of working here, just know that you are expendable unless you're one of the overpaid executives or upper management.
