Pros

Proactive and supportive atmosphere, Directors/Managers that take value in what you have to say, competitive pay, and a strong employee appreciation are just some of things that make Clearlink great. Although it's not for free, the expectation is that you work hard so you can enjoy the fun times when they come up.

Cons

Rapid growth has created some congestion in both communication and organization.

Pros

I'm a recent hire at Clearlink and it's my first job out of college. I love working here because I don't feel micro-managed, and I can gain valuable skills. It's a millenial place to work that seeks to break the mold and improve its methods everyday.

Cons

The location by the airport isn't great. There is a duck pond outside, however, that adds some nice scenery so you can get out and walk around if you feel cooped up in the office. To encourage working in teams, working from home doesn't really happen.

Pros

I love who I work with. Good talent is hard to find for an entire marketing department and I feel like when I come to work, I know I am going to learn something. They trust you to be professional and do your job. They give you the freedom to explore and be creative. The Chiefs (CMO, CFO) are down to earth. They dress like everyone else and are approachable. They email staff periodically to have informal gatherings.

Cons

The onboarding process could be much improved. Not just from a department level but from a corporate level. I feel like I am walking on eggshells trying to figure out corporate policies and hope I don't do anything out of the ordinary. I agree that 2-3 weeks of corporate training isn't necessary, but there should be some structure to that. I think some organized interactions between corporate and other employees should be made to do things outside of the office. Lunch, dinner, golf, bowling --- something to get people interacting on a impersonal level.
