Instrument shop is a really strong and tight knit group. You will receive training from your coworkers rather than formal training from the company, although formal training is needed for this position. Good opportunities for overtime.

Cons

No formal training and expected to learn from word to mouth of other techs. Warehouse is constantly out of needed parts but work is still scheduled. Pay is lower then much of the other industries and benefits package lacks as well.
