There are a lot of good people here. I believe the largest issue is with a handful of key players in the facility. If this issue were addressed and changes were made, it may be a good place to work

Cons

Employed with clearwater for 2 years and gave 100% every day. In regards to the particular facility I was in, I would only wish this job for my worst enemy. I have never experienced such poor working conditions and a complete lack of appreciation for the hard working employee. Overall employee morale is the lowest I have ever witnesses, and I've had a variety of jobs in multiple industries. And work-life balance? Yeah, right. I am no longer employed at Clearwater, but still feel a genuine concern for the well being those left behind. Ps. I have no hard feelings towards the company itself. This review is, again, specific to the particular location in which I worked.

Decent pay. Allot of OT available. Good vacation amounts. Good coworkers. OK benefits. Good opportunity for moving up if you want.

Cons

It used to be a good place to work. Benefits have gotten worse. Now it is too much corporate BS involved. Upper management turnover is a revolving door. New managers every year. Then they fire or push away the good people that care and do there job. Burnout is real because they over work the ones who want to work. You make one mistake and management turns on you quick. As soon as i find something similar in pay, i'm out of here. Corporate HR is a joke. I went to them with issues and nothing was done. They are too busy covering their own failures

good benefits, average pay, mostly good people to work with, Clearwater as a company does do things above and beyond at times to take care of the employees such as free lunches, jackets, free product, safety shoe allowance, etc.

Cons

Too much CYA and games from management, make a decision and own it
