Great benefits package. The coworkers in my department were a lot of fun to work with. Generally the company likes to promote from within if the employee fits the job description.
Cons
Limited professional advancement. Corporate offices get a lot of the project work that could be assisted by remote site employees who would like more experience and exposure to new technologies
