Short staffed, poor work culture

Pros

Company supplies the tools needed to do the job. Company also provides bottled water. Medical is great!

Cons

Short staffed, cuts made by the company. ZERO breaks on extruders. Running the departments the same as when it was fully staffed. Toxic work environment. Seasoned employees are leaving. Pay doesn't reflect the amount of workload that is demanded. Union doesn't do much of anything for the employees.

There are some incredibly talented people that work here.

Cons

The compensation is lacking but since I get to work remote it helps save money. The company benefits from this as well.

-4 on 4 of is ok. -Wages are good for the area but not as great as Management thinks they are in comparison with the economy and other employers.

Cons

VERY poor corporate management, hiring people incompatible or not fluent in the operational needs, which in turn by 6 degrees of separation, is the return for investors.
