The company and benefits are top notch. Plus the pay. Welcoming environment for new hires.

Cons

The management. Lack of accountability for lame workers is a horrible problem. Go in and "sandbag" and you should have it easy.

Production and Maintenance do not align and have a lot of struggles that could be avoided if the communication was consistent and clear.
