Pros
As far as the work goes, the job in itself is great. For now, the pay and benefits are competitive and a majority of my coworkers are easy to work with.
Cons
Management...mainly upper management. There are alot of great people with ideas and knowledge about the machines and the process, but they fail to listen. I've been with the company 6 years and have seen 3 different mill mangers. The forcing of OT is out of control. Horrible with the follow through of alot of things. Say one thing do another. Make a decision on something then change it with no communication to others. Layoff announced in December, leaving us understaffed and over worked.
