Work is relatively easyu, slightly strenuous at times, but in comparison to other job options the pay is fairly good for the local area. Also company has good benefit package and company gives thier employees an enthusiastic ability to move up by promotion.

Cons

One issue with the ability for promotion is that, unfortunately is also greatly based upon ones clout or popularity rather than ones actual skill level, knowledge, job performance, and ability. Not to mention seniority along with following in order of, forementioned during orientation, their qual card expectations and levels of achievements. Policies set in place and in action only being utilized for administrations convenience while blatantly being overlooked once again as a convenience rather than a company standard.
