Pros

Was only a summer hire, but very easy to get into the position. They hired me full time and compensated me nicely for the work I performed. Most of the people I worked with were great and friendly guys.

Cons

The program only lasted one summer. Would have liked a more in depth experience as opposed to performing miscellaneous tasks around the plant. If they could design the summer hire program to train the hires for an actual future position at the company that would've been great.

Offers unmatched opportunities for professional development. Leaders act as mentors allowing you to take risks and challenge yourself. Also, employees have a great deal of pride in what they do. There is something special about being surrounded by a group of people who truly enjoy what they do.

Cons

While on-the-job training is available, more professional training programs could be made available to employees. Some functional groups have official programs; however, they are not deployed company-wide.
