Clueless Company Executives - Feel Sad for their Existing Customers

Pros

Enjoyed working with several of my teammates.

Cons

The company has no direction. There is no interest in customer experience or customer retention. They are more focused on new residential sales then servicing their existing customer base. Also all departments work in silos so the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
