Great Company that Takes Care of its Employees

- Invests in its self. Cliffs has been more than willing to invest in our plant to keep us not only running, but make us better. - Takes care of their employees. When Cliffs took over we were in the middle of the pandemic. They made an announcement that there would be a temporary hold on 401k matches and some salaries were cut to help the company through the quarter. Once the quarter ended they not only reinstated the matches and salaries, but back paid everyone with what was cut. - Very Good Bonus Plan. Not only are the percentages very good, but they pay the bonuses quarterly. This way we don't loose the whole bonus for one bad quarter, plus we are getting a bonus multiple times a year.
Cons
- Its a steel mill. The work is demanding, dirty, and never ending. That is just the way it is in a steel mill.
