      Pros

      Lots of work to be done. Never given any busy-body work or responsibilities. Working with the manager was a great experience.

      Cons

      Working with the quality department was a bit of a hassle. Everyone there seems to be busy pointing fingers and covering for themselves as opposed to resolutely fixing an issue.

      Rockport management team is very reasonable and helpful. Pay is decent, benefits are above average.
