      Pros

      Good health Benefits and 401K. Pay was OK, but not enough for the position. Some of the other supervisors helpful and friendly, but others are quite to stab you in the back.

      Cons

      Rotating shifts, and if someone does not come in for their shift you have to stay over to cover it, making it a 16 hour day. The Union sucks, and wants to run the place.

      Pros

      The CEO has great expectations and big ideas. He is taking the Company to new and great heights. This is a massive departure from the old AK Steel management.

      Cons

      Its hard for management and for the union to shake the old ways under AK Steel. It will come with time. So far, things look very promising for the Company and its employees.
