      •Great pay especially if you are willing to work OT. •Healthcare with low out of pocket maximums and $0 premiums. •Pension and zero fee 401k option. •Good base pay + incentive pay •Ability to transfer to other departments when spots open up based on seniority

      •Hard schedule depending on department •Job openings are based on seniority not a merit based system •New hires are often legacy hires which is mandatory per the labor agreement, so lots of young entitled employees.
