Pros
The people are incredibly kind and helpful. The interview experience was seamless and HR was transparent the entire time. The tour of the plant was amazing and it was clear the crew is knowledgeable in their respective career fields. My immediate supervisor has been kind and respectful the entire time I've been here and has never once denied time off. All policies are appropriately documented and easy to find. If HR or other administrative individuals don't have information you ask for they are very quick to find it for you and if they can't they always direct you towards someone who can.
Cons
For salaried individuals working EXTENDED overtime for shutdown month, the first TEN hours of overtime are unpaid.
