      Pros

      Great place to learn ad practice your craft. Coworkers really make the day or night go smoother thru team work and camaderie Depending on which campus you work at it never surpasses the opportunities at the "Main Campus"

      Cons

      Upper management more specifically the director of the department might be encouraged to stall your educational growth which would lead you to better internal opportunities just for their benefit of keeping you on their staff a little while longer.....

      Pros

      Cleveland Clinic is a good company to work for, good benefits and 401k. The employees are very friendly an is a happy atmosphere for the most part.

      Cons

      The management in my dept. was uneduacted about the job we did. Not fair in scheduling. The new people got the better schedules an the older ones were left with the worst shifts. No credit for going above an beyond. Not much chance for advancement. The supervisor was totally unapprochable.
