      Pros

      Remote work - Salary but you provide equipment when it breaks. Blackkwire Headsets, desk, internet, etc

      Cons

      Never included in market adjustment like peers. Raises don't happen. Cleveland Clinic only notices their Nurses who are visible to them. (Acute care)

      Supportive environment but slow administrative processes

      Lots of support and areas to explore and work with in your time there. Reputation is huge and it's great to be a part of so many initiatives depending on your area of work.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape and issues with getting things through leadership over time. It's tough to keep things moving from an administrative perspective.
