      Flexible work environment Meaningful relationships with management, supervisors and other campus offices

      Cons

      Parking costs are extremely expensive and parking can be difficult to find if you have to leave campus during the day.

      Tuition reimbursement, OPERS, wonderful health benefits.

      Cons

      Parking is $$$, can be political, negotiate as high as you can when you get hired, since raises are not cost-of-living.

      Pros

      Many good people and dedicated professors, great access to free education as part of your benefits, frequent change, although it can be too frequent, as I'll cover below.

      Cons

      Extraordinarily bureaucratic, different functions operate in silos, extremely difficult to get things done, there is a high level of turnover, and it can be difficult to keep people and projects on track.
