Working in a diverse environment. Affordable and good benefit package. Lots of advancement opportunities. Many educational opportunities available through staff development.

Cons

You might find yourself working for some over demanding managers depending what department you work in. Support job salaries are lagging. University is having some funding issues due to State cut backs.
