Pros
Growing University that is making the right investments in itself while maintaining affordability for students and attracting more talent amongst faculty leading to higher quality research and funding. Affiliation with the Cleveland Clinic and collaborative research in science and medicine is a plus.
Cons
Too many slugs, tenured personnel(from faculty to administrative assistants) that suck up resources and add cost. Get rid of these people they are a financial burden and do not contribute to the University.
