Pros
Great for students who need a job that works around their busy class schedule. They respect your schedule and make sure you will not work when you are in your classes.
Cons
There are not too many cons for student workers. I think that perhaps some technology could be updated. Additionally, responses were often slow moving. However, I think that overall it's a great job.
