      Pros

      Flexible hours for student employees, got to know professors better and had professors offer to write letters of recommendation for me without even asking them if they would.

      Cons

      Nothing truly negative about the experience. The time clocking system was slow sometimes, or didn't want to work at all, which could get annoying. But it was probably more annoying for my supervisor who had to go in and enter my time manually when it wasn't working.

      Pros

      The student jobs at Cleveland State really work around a full-time student´s busy schedule, which is great! I get to save for college and I also get good job experience, and feel like I am being respected as both a student and a worker.

      Cons

      Sometimes the job can get a little demanding, but usually it is nothing that can´t be handled by putting in some extra effort.
