      Pros

      Learned a lot here and really enjoyed the experience. Great staff, relaxed working environment, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      Not many downsides here, but the student offices could use some windows.

      Pros

      I thought working here was one of the best experiences I've had with an employer in a long time. The staff did a great job in helping me find the appropriate internships, teaching assistantships, and grad/research assistantships. I found my bosses, aka professors to be very knowledgeable as well as providing real-world advice and feedback.

      Cons

      Sometimes was hard to keep an internship going for longer than the specified time, but that is commonplace anyway. Often had to hound people a bit to get the position that you really wanted.

      Pros

      The bosses give a lot of autonomy. I rarely see my boss and things run fairly smoothly. The people you work with are fun, and helpful. A good cooperative community. Hours are nice and variable and the pay to stress level ration is very good.

      Cons

      Some of the people I tutor, just do not get the subject. They will struggle with very basic concepts they should have learned multiple semesters before. I will get asked constantly with questions outside of my tutor hours. The communication between the people who are supposed to take care of the computers in the lab, our bosses, and us is absolutely horrendous. For instance the IST department gave us a new printer but didn't install it onto the network or the drivers on any of the computers.
