Pros
Great students for the most part, incredibly diverse campus, interesting faculty, nice facilities (in some departments), downtown campus is convenient and cool
Cons
Cleveland has gotten expensive and the wages are stagnant, parking is exorbitant and a fair amount of break-ins occur, SB1/Ohio are actively trying to make it impossible to do the job of teaching much less research, faculty feel the budget constraints and fear losing their jobs, sociopathy/bullying is rewarded (as in all businesses), health insurance is *very* costly, teaching load is a lot for NTT faculty who have every bit the same responsibilities of service that their TT peers do
