      Meh - depends on your personality. If you are a robot, then this is heaven.

      Pros

      The corporate company itself is rather nice. They really care about the employees.

      Cons

      Richmond office is small (<15 people). The people are not welcoming at all. They pretty much keep to themselves and don't want to be bothered. I prefer much larger office with diversity. Since they deal with lots of different hardware, the office is quite messy with stuff all over the place.

Coming from a smaller office (Richmond) it seems you did miss out on some of the cultural aspects of working for Clever. We are always working to make sure our culture reaches all employees and not just the ones in our corporate HQ. We will take your comments to heart and do our best to implement changes.
