many people to learn from when starting out from school. You get to cover many areas where it my take years if you went to a large company

Cons

Get ready to work, many deadlines are optimistic but management still pushes heavily to reach them. Hard to get an answer on priorities, everything is a priority.

Excellent Benefits - generous PTO, health, dental, eyecare, 401K match, etc. Diverse workforce. Open-minded culture.

Cons

Limited training or mentorship provided Departmental silos difficult to navigate. Difficult to get guidance from management when needed.

While we do offer many avenues for training and development, the nature of being forced to work mostly remote due to COVID can make some of these resources less obvious.
