Pros

The company provides many avenues for growth in my career as well as in my personal life. The training provided is second to none and my co-workers have some of the most brilliant minds in the business.

Cons

Communication is a pro and con, however, I feel that inter-departmental communication could be better, but has improved in the last year.

Exciting technology based company with growth potential. Wide range of jobs with upside provided you take the initiative. Supportive team environment with interesting projects. Great place to start a career as they are willing to train.

Cons

As with any expanding company there are growing pains but management is responsive. As the company is customer centric, the work schedule can be demanding.

Pros

Friendly company personnel; growing company. They have a commitment to advancing the state of their art in a circumscribed way. They hired me to break free of those methods in some of their more difficult, expensive, third-party implementations.

Cons

Cramped work environment. Duplicitous management. Poor communication of goals and methods. Lack of budget freedom to implement what they required. I did exactly as asked and was laid off in a reduction-in-force immediately before I was to have a review. I was eating lunch one moment and out of work the next. I had no conversation with my immediate supervisor or with the VP of Engineering, who assigned the work. I was informed by the VP of HR, who handed me my package in a spare office while they disabled my computer account.
