incompetent, mismanaged, unorganized sales team ever-increasing lack of communication - getting worse by the day disengaged and ineffectual management do not provide necessary resources to perform job effectively and efficiently lack of career advancement opportunities poor overall employee morale

Difficult to get assistance from Senior level architects Extremely complex product with no documentation or guidance or up close and personal training "Thrown in the fire" Old school technologies Little or NO web development (as promised) which is a skill you risk losing
