Pros

Clever Devices is a dynamic organization poised for much growth and a bright future over the next ten to 20 years. Its small enough where most of the staff in an office know each other but just big enough where there is always someone you could get to know better. There are some hard working people there.

Cons

During this phase of transition, people are going from one manager to 3 or 4, and that causes confusion, especially when they are not on the same page. As with any organization there are those that abuse thier position to get out of work, that can put a bad taste in your mouth.

* Easy access and central location to major highways. * A new office providing more individual work space. * Employees who are not managers tend to be very friendly and helpful.

Cons

* There is no room for advancement within the company. If you are hired expect to stay in your position for a long time with no pay raise or promotion. * The management structure of the company is very disorganized and is always trying the newest Agile development method in hopes of resolving the lack of planning and product development issues that arise. * The lack of bonus or salary increase within the company. * A very harsh work environment where every minute is watched and expected to be accounted for.
