Being ran to the ground

Pros

Used to be great with high level of engagements from all levels. Monetary rewards are rather decent. A remote first company.

Cons

Multiple reorganizations this year alone with the biggest impact in AMER. Disheartening to see adored leaders being let go without a decent sendoff after giving their best years building the company. Literally everyone forced out were replaced by staff from the same ex-company of the current ceo. The very same team that ran their ex company into liquidation. Everyone here is treated as 2nd class unless you are an alumni.

Pros

-good working environment. -a few team events. -good team player culture

Cons

-workload is insane. -understaffed. -promotion is not based on merits but rather on the relationship with the manager. -lack of ongoing training. -Although the management listen to your concerns and feedback, they do nothing to make necessary changes happen. -I highly suspect the CIO is looking for a buyout. It feels the company invested just enough to show there is potential in EMEA but then completely cut off any investment. That's a suspicious strategy. Normally a company would invest money and keep nurturing it as opposed to let it dry out. - the product is highly tied up to Microsoft Dynamics 365. It would take no effort for Microsoft to ditch ClickDimensions and develop their own version. That would remove all the integration issues which are at least 50% of the technical support cases.
