      Its a good place to learn what kind of company not to join

      Cons

      - Whoever talks more and is close to the MD will be the poster child - Leaders have no idea how to lead, they are micromanagers busy in doing the work themselves rather than growing the team - Gossip culture - Reactive process

      It’s good for a first time sales

      Pros

      Friendly work environment, work life balance was solid.

      Cons

      Recently bought out by giant tech comms company has laid of lots of workers, upper management is mostly mediocre. Pay rate was way lower than other sales guys as I was new to role and didn’t know better.
