Pros
Flexible timings. Free food. No track of in time and out time if you make it up to 6 hr for a full day. There is no distribution of work based on experience and skill set , no one keeps a track of it so you can always take an easy task get it done and enjoy. Plenty of idle time which you can use as per your need. Come at higher positions and visit onsite off and on.
Cons
How can one demand more if they can get paid on vacations.
