Pros
Overall, it’s a nice, friendly place to work in, with positive atmosphere. Compensation is reasonably good, and you won’t be expected to work too hard. Company is doing well.
Cons
Well, it’s quite mediocre. No state-of-the-art technologies, and no great talents to learn from and be inspired by. New managers in R&D department try to do good, but mostly miss. Some toxic people poison the organization.
